Run Microsoft Fix It / Troubleshooter for "Fixing problems that block programs from being installed or removed".

Uninstall the currently installed version of "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2019" ( NOTE: "2015-2019") via Start Menu > Settings > Apps.
